Return Policy

At Beauzy Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Only unopened, unused, and sealed products are eligible for return.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product seal is broken or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tested products.

  • Product kits where even one item has been opened.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only if the product is available in stock.

  • Exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 7 days 

  • If not available, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
